Copyright Information

Publication Rights applies to the single reproduction of an image or print, film or video format. Request for publication, commercial use, re-use or change in use must be submitted in writing, and the appropriate use fee must be paid. One-time use only. No other rights. User assumes all responsibility for possible copyright infringement and invasions of privacy arising from the use of reproductions (see Rights and Permissions).

Credit line is required and should include: Courtesy of Columbia River Maritme Museum, Astoria, Oregon; the photographer (if known); and the negative number.

A complimentary copy of any book, pamphlet, article or any other medium using Columbia River Maritime Museum images should be deposited in the Museum Library.

Use fees are assessed in addition to photo-finishing/production costs. All fees are per image and per use. All fees subject to change without notice. Non-profit institutional exhibit of Columbia River Maritime Museum images is free of use fees as long as image is credited to the Museum.
