APPRAISERS
Assigning a value to a collection or donation is the responsibility of the donor. For donations with a value in excess of $5,000.00 the IRS requires you to enlist the help of a qualified appraiser in making a value determination (you should also consult with an attorney or accountant to obtain information regarding charitable contribution deductions).
